Tsugami:
If high quality, precisely crafted machined parts are what you need,
then the Tsugami Swiss CNC is the machine for the job. This precision
CNC can hold tolerances of +/- 0.0001" and is capable of working on
stock ranging in size from 1/16" to 3/4" in diameter. One of the key
advantages of this CNC is that while the part is still attached to the
bar stock, we can turn, mill, cross drill, and tap it. Then we can pick
it up and do end or back work on it. This eliminates secondary
operations and reduces part costs. |
